Since 1988, Ned Norton has been strength training physically and mentally challenged people.

He began his powerlifting career as a teen.

Weightlifting was his proverbial "escape" that he credits with helping him cope with life's typical challenges.

After an impressive career as a personal trainer and Olympic weight lifter, Ned realized that his true destiny was helping to train his clients that had major disabilities.

He has trained hundreds of people in Upstate New York and is so grateful to be able to offer fitness training, encouragement, and empowerment to those who wouldn't have the opportunity, whether physically or financially, to work-out in a typical gym.

We serve a wide variety of people with various disabilities.

Spinal cord injured, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, autism, spinal muscular atrophy, spina bifida, visual and hearing impaired, traumatic brain injury, stroke and others.

All workouts are completely supervised and are scheduled in advance.

Fees are minimal or free.
